PRIVACY POLICY  

Physiotherapy may include assessment and treatment involving physical examination and manual therapy. You will be informed of the nature and purpose of any procedures and have the right to ask questions at any time.  

You are able to withdraw your consent at anytime during the session and terminate the treatment session. 

DATA PROTECTION  

Your Personal information is collected and stored securely in compliance with the UK GDPR and Data protection Act 2018. 

Your data is solely for legal, clinical and administrative purposes including: 

- Maintaining accurate clinical record of your assessment and treatment 

- Meeting professional, legal and regulatory requirements 

- Ensuring continuity of care 

Your records are confidential and will NOT be shared with third parties without your consent, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g safeguarding concerns or court orders).   

Clinical notes are stored securely for a minimum of 8 years after your last appointment after which they will be securely destroyed in line with data protection regulations.
