Francesca Cook

Francesca is an advanced physiotherapist with over 10 years experience in the NHS, working across leading hospitals in London and Hampshire.  She Graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2011 and holds a postgraduate diploma in Trauma and Orthopaedics Lower Limb / Advanced Physiotherapy.

As a keen sports enthusiast herself (running, hockey, tennis and golf) she brings both professional insight and personal understanding to support people back to activity, performance and long-term health. 

Francesca currently works in a large NHS foundation trust hospital and see’s a breadth of patients from post surgical and A+E clinics with acute injuries to longer term orthopaedic and rhematological conditions such as osteoarthritis and non specific joint pains.   

Francesca has a breadth of experience treating all major joints with specialist interest and experience in biomechanics, tendinopathies and sports related injuries alongside musculoskleteal issues arising from daily life 

Francesca is passionate about rehabilitation and holistic care helping the individual improve not only their physical function but overall health and wellbeing. Treatment is always patient focused with evidenced based practice and tailored to individual goals and lifestyle.  

Francesca also has Pilates (APPI) and reformer pilates training and is able to offer 1:1 and private group sessions for both.
